Can it really be Christmas already?! In a year of endless blursdays it feels like life is on a loop. So here’s to wrapping up this godawful year and moving on to the hope of 2021.  

While 2020 marked an incredibly positive thing for us personally in that we made the big move to Colorado, in every other way 2020 has to go down as one of the worst years in modern times.  So for 2021 may health replace sickness, may happiness replace fear, may togetherness replace isolation, may truth replace lies, and may sanity replace conspiracy.  May the world get back to normal.  At this point, that’s all we really want, normal. The sooner the better.

And what better way to start feeling normal than to see some Christmas lights? 

For my friends down south who won’t get a white Christmas, here are some gratuitous snowy mountain pictures because who can’t get enough of those?

And finally, because I think it’s hilarious, here’s our boy Sami trying out his new snow boots.  Sami gets snowballs stuck between his toes when we go hiking and when he does he just stops walking so now he’s the proud owner of the latest in K9 footwear.
